Active or retired military personnel are entitled to a military discount!

 

Please present your military identification card at the front desk to receive your military discount.

Senior citizens: We are pleased to offer a discount for those that are over 65 years old!

 

Please inform us that you qualify for a discount before your appointment and present your identification on the appointment day. We are unable to apply any discounts retroactively and for transactions that have been previously posted.

 

 

 

Please note, we reserve the right to refuse service if your account is delinquent.  Those with delinquent accounts must pay their balances in full and cash payments will be required.

Payment is due at the time of service.  We do not offer delayed billing and we do not have a payment plan.

Scratch Pay and Care Credit are two of the financial options available to clients who qualify and can take less than 5 minutes for approval.
